The Early Childhood Education Center, Council of Governments (COG) oversees the operations of the Early Childhood Education Center. Two board members from each entity are appointed by the Superintendent of Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center and the President of Clark State Community College as well as an additional member, who is an expert in the field of early care and education.
Meetings are held quarterly, at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room, at the Administration Building on the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center campus. All meetings are open to the public.
